Christian Watts
Co-Founder, Systems Architecture

Mr. Watts comes to EC Data Systems with a wealth of experience in hands-on and leadership roles in the information technology field. His experience over the past decade includes systems administration, application development, network engineering and architecture with a diverse group of companies including energy, e-commerce, hosting, healthcare and government consulting organizations. He has obtained technical certifications from Microsoft, Sun, IBM, Cisco and Citrix as well as the prestigious (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional vendor-neutral designation. Christian holds a Master's of Science in Information Systems with a concentration in Enterprise Technology Management from the University of Colorado.

Edward Shephard
Co-Founder, Systems Operations

Mr. Shephard began working in the Information Technology industry in the 1980's and brings extensive experience to EC Data Systems in the areas of programming and development, architecture, and security as well as IT and business operations. Since the 1990's, he has focused on engineering, design and operations of reliable environments at several successful Colorado start-up companies. As an adjunct faculty member at Front Range Community College, he has given the benefits of his skills and experience to both the community and technology industry. Edward holds an Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business major, from Parks College.
